Such a massive self-own. It's clearly saying that empathy is used as a tool to push US interests. Even if you take it the most liberal way possible, what Musk calls "weakness" is lack of hegemonic power, so they're clearly saying "Elon is wrong, empathy is what we use to keep our world dominance"
