Honestly I think a lot of people just want to throw a brick at this point. So they just pick the most anti establishment person they can. Bernie/Trump/Mamdani, they just see outsiders promising to burn it down and are all aboard. Not saying that's everyone, but the number isn't insignificant.

Anti establishment is an understandable position, but then vote for someone that will actually undermine the establishment. Trump says he is and then works to protect the oligarch establishment which he's a part of.

I mean I know that and you know that, but they aren't voting based on reality they are voting based on their perception of reality.
