Talk about whatever, respecting the rules established by Lemmygrad. Failing to comply with the rules will grant you a few warnings, insisting on breaking them will grant you a beautiful shiny banwall.

A community for comrades to chat and talk about whatever doesn't fit other communities

MODERATORS

I'm a member of a revolutionary party. known as a leading comrade in my region with positions in unions and in the party. However, I paid a visit to a comrade some months ago, I'm a little intense (ADHD) and an extroverted introvert. But the visit went well (so I thought), we had hot drinks and chatted for a few hours, they even had some weed (I don't smoke). I would say they are a good comrade but lacks theoretical understanding, class instinct is however outstanding. They will argue against union work, suggest boycotting and mostly wants to create localised small campaign around local issues. In principal I am for local issues, and we can have and have had great interventions in anti racist campaigns, but honestly, running campaigns as a small branch requires a lot and trends towards limited outcomes. This person seems to have blocked my messaging them privately, we are also planning on doing some recruitment in theyre town, it seems I am not invited. As I've been asked to do legwork instead of recruitment/party social (food and drinks after) Then there had been two promising recruits who I had met initially, a second meetup happened where two comrades went to meet them in my city (I have no problem with that) but when I asked about it, one of the comrades lied, and I know this because the other comrade told me about the fucking meeting.

I think I am currently being spoken about behind my back.

I can understand that I'm intense. I still find the secrecy to get under my skin.

"Liberalism manifests itself in various ways.

To let things slide for the sake of peace and friendship when a person has clearly gone wrong, and refrain from principled argument because he is an old acquaintance, a fellow townsman, a schoolmate, a close friend, a loved one, an old colleague or old subordinate. Or to touch on the matter lightly instead of going into it thoroughly, so as to keep on good terms. The result is that both the organization and the individual are harmed. This is one type of liberalism.

To indulge in irresponsible criticism in private instead of actively putting forward one's suggestions to the organization. To say nothing to people to their faces but to gossip behind their backs, or to say nothing at a meeting but to gossip afterwards. To show no regard at all for the principles of collective life but to follow one's own inclination. This is a second type."

Godspeed comrade

I've not read much of Mao, I will give this link a full read.

Thanks and thanks for the kind words,

Coming into politics I thought the cloak and daggers had been a characterisation but nope I've had a few of these incidents show up.
