He wants to experiment on Americans by seeing what happens as vaccination coverage plummets and infectious diseases spread.

“What we’re going to have is a real-world experience of when unvaccinated people get measles. What is the new incidence of hospitalization? What’s the incidence of death?”

This is good advice! I just got my Tdap + polio booster a couple weeks ago. Where I am (not the US) it's standard practice to do a polio update with the Tdap (tetanus, diptheria and pertussis). I know vaccines have weird availability and coverage rules in the US, but it is definitely worth looking into.
