Just created an account on GOG. Happy to support a European platform, plus their policy enabling users to store the games feels fantastic.

Hope they will increase support for gaming on Linux in the future.

Recommended for all fellow European gamers out there!

I use Lutris for games from GOG on Linux and it works ok. Welcome to the club!

I've switched to Heroic. It works much better. It downloads the game files directly, supports updates and even cloud saves a little bit.

Right there with you on this. Nothing against Lutris. Heroic just has been a much better experience for me. I use it to collect free games on Epic as well!

Support games a little bit? Can you expand what that means? It's not reliable?

Cloud saves. It's still in beta so you have to activate it yourself.

Thanks! I didn't know gog had that option or that epic could leverage it (even on beta).

I relied more on steam to sync deck and desktop, knowing this will make gog much more interesting for me.
