I do find it funny that all the actors that play the heroes: Radcliff, Watson etc are all like "fuck jk rowling" while all the villians are terfs who are on her side
It's an example of pre-woke Hollywood accidentally getting representation right. They hired a real Sorting Hat for the role

IIRC Tom Felton, the guy who played Draco is chill with trans people.
Brief tangent, but damn was Draco’s forced redemption dumb as shit. Want to make him good at the end? Just make him the Harry Potter equivalent of Gary Oak. The rival who keeps Harry on his toes but isn’t a genuine threat.
