I'm on the fence if its even hyperbole. For all the faults of all the presidents of the past hundred years, none of them directly contributed to the downfall of the republic in the way Biden has. Its hard to understand historicity in real time. We really don't know whats going to necessarily get remembered or how.

Like, genuinely, who is worse? The guy who says "I'm going to burn the building down" or the one who, in a position of power to stop them, makes the conscious decision not to? Trump has never not said exactly what they are going to do. They are the quiet part-out-loud manifest. And Biden chose to believe something different. They had all the power to simply arrest Trump on day 1 of their office. Put him behind bars on that day, begin the investigation. Take it seriously, like Brazil has, like South Korea did. Biden

But Trump could have been stopped. We didn't need to have him as President again. Trump was polling like shit. He was deeply unpopular, even though he won. Trump is a consequence of the decisions and the decision making framework of Biden and Democratic leadership.
