The answer really depends on which type of ion dissipator and modal reflective encabulator you are using. And at which harmonic level they are operating on, depending on your purpose.
The short answer is to replace whatever setup you're using with a Rockwell RVV-AX series Dipolic Electroid which has automatic polarity shifting built in.
