If you have a cat, don't let it do this. Concrete is highly alkaline and can cause chemical burns on skin. Even worse, the cat will probably lick it off its paws.
They probably like walking on it because cement hydration is an exothermic reaction so the concrete is quite warm.
So what you’re saying is I should take molds off my cats paws, cast it into metal, and then preserve kitty prints forever in concrete?
