What gets me is that Bond villains are supposed to be fictional...

Now we have this cabal of people who are unimaginably wealthy for... reasons no one can explain without a degree in economics and a minor in bullshit... with a sphere of influence that extends into institutions thought to be paragons in our society because of that wealth, who were both ensnared and enabled by an espionage agent generating blackmail material by trafficking minors, and despite the real and very serious threat they represent, we're still seeing them do cartoonishly evil, campy, knockoff Dr. Evil shit like this.
