What a shit place. "If you don't own a car, you aren't welcome here".
Great, I'll take my income and tax revenue somewhere else. Stupid backwards things like this are why I don't want to move to most cities even if there's a great job there.
A city should look at a "problem" like this and be saying "how can we ensure they do this safely" instead of going right to banning
