Probably going to quit my job this week. Will have to work for like 3 months before it will stop though. Just sick and tired of it. But also nervous to quit lol.
i got fired 1 month ago and just recently left. i was very tired of work tbh. i wasnt enjoying what i was doing i didnt have any time for myself and i returned home very tired every day for a year. im actually looking forward to being "unemployed"(i still have another part time job and some freelance stuff) i could work on personal projects and finally rest and read some books, the only minus in being fired is not getting paid lol, but i still have enough income to be comfortable for a while. im a 3d artist motion designer btw but i was doing soc media posts in that ad agency lol it was more like spam content and i rarely used any 3d programs i just used photoshop lol, so yeah the only minus it has is not getting payed but other than that its great. btw you wanna know why i got fired? i asked for a payraise lmao and instead of them saying no they just fired me like wtf? eh whatever employee rights are fucked in my country fuck them

I wish I was surprised, but I'm not. A friend of mine got fired from a job for not wanting to work overtime, and another had half their department laid off with 4 days notice. Absolute bullshit.
I hope you could make the best of it, and find something better when the time comes.
