What do you mean he was arrested several months later
Well, the guy was on a mobility scooter, not pedestrian. And armed with a gun. Chasing isn't a joke. It took a month, but the job is done!
The only thing that can stop a bad guy with a mobility scooter is a good guy with a mobility scooter.
I want to see that hot pursuit in action. A chase through town, at times reaching jogging speeds with no concern for bystanders.
