You could be in the hospital in excruciating pain and then survive with long-term health problems.
a cashier surviving the US healthcare system? I doubt.
Important to note that you'll survive trauma because you're in the care of the hospital. It's later, when you need specific medication, that you die due to not being able to afford it.
But they win tho!
