Dude, historically board of directors has been old white guys.
Its a funny meme, not a political statement. Don't get your panties in a twist.
as data points: the three boards i've held a directorship on were at least 75% white and I was in my 30s. I was easily the youngest person on each board by twenty years.
As long as I can consider mine a group of middle-aged black women, sure.
You do that as you look for reasons to be offended.
I admit to being mildly offended when people have aspersions cast upon them because of things they didn't get to choose and cannot change. Like race and age.
