Would a Puerto Rican be eligible for the Presidency?
If not, we may be able to pass a Constitutional Amendment after the midterms
Yes. Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so any P.R. citizen born there are natural born U.S. citizens, and residency there counts toward the residency requirement.
He put on a pretty dope show, but I don't know that I trust him necessarily with that sort of power.
Then again I'd have him take over the current situation in a heartbeat, so I guess ignore me entirely.
