Yes. Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so any P.R. citizen born there are natural born U.S. citizens, and residency there counts toward the residency requirement.

He put on a pretty dope show, but I don't know that I trust him necessarily with that sort of power.

Then again I'd have him take over the current situation in a heartbeat, so I guess ignore me entirely.

My dog recently walked about a 4-foot arc while squatting and trying to get a lump of poop to shake free from her butthole. You see, she'd recently ripped a hole in one of her tug toys and had pulled out the stuffing, but accidentally swallowed a little. The fibers from the stuffing turned her broken log of a turd into anal nunchucks.

Even that poo hanging from her asshole was more presidential and a better representation of America.
