I think Trump is more of the sub in this situation, he claimed in an email to Epstein that he may or may not have sucked Bill's dick.
Fun fact, Bill Clinton is suing the DOJ and asking for a full release of the files, has been for months. I feel like if there were a lot of damning evidence against Bill in there then it would have come to light by now.
It's a political maneuver. He's betting on there being less bad about him than about GOP and that they'll refuse anything that allows stuff to potentially be public outside their direct control and won't push too hard on him as a consequence.
He is suing
For the release of ALL FILES.
