Bready is a community for anything related to making homemade bread!
Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

this right here is why i use the cast iron for everything. the crust so crusty!


i really should try, i seem to recall checking the paperwork and seeing it was JUST outside the window (surprise surprise), but who knows, maybe if i can work up the energy to pester them enough.
Sometimes if it’s just outside companies will be flexible, especially if you ask nicely, but you definitely don’t want to wait at that point
