This is a confusing title for a news article.
Tldr: by bombing iran, russia remained one of the only suppliers of oil for countries, which previously imported from iran.
That headline deserves an award. Is there a razzie for journalism?
I wouldn't say this title is a failure but someone did arrange a bracket for people to vote for the best among funny headlines like these on the fediverse. I wish I remembered who it was.
