Does the Meshtastic app allow any configuration of channel appearance? (piefed.ca)

My eyes are not what they used to be, and I sometimes have trouble reading the messages in the channels. I may be missing something obvious, but I can't find any options to configure how they look. Does anyone know if there's a way? Being able to make the text a little larger, and to turn off the background colors under the text, would make it a lot easier for me to use.

The way it used to be was a lot easier for me to deal with. I wish there were a way to get back to something closer to that.

For color you maybe can try changing the theme?

I was able on Android to change the text size as global value in the system settings. But this will have effect on all apps. I don't know if you want that

I have tried changing the theme, but so far there aren't any without separate colors for each node.

I am experimenting with changing the global text settings. I don't think that will work for me, but it is worth finding out.
