We already have a shitty controlling surveillance state government here that shits all over the freedoms of people, no need for another one.
One has a 90% approval rating and the other is trafficking kids and committing genocide

The rest though, yeah you're correct about.
But is like saying "look man if you stopped using heroin you could switch to crack and have more energy throughout the day!"
Seems like there's another solution or two that doesn't involve either one.
I mean if we're gonna have one. I'd take the one with the high speed rail lines.
But on that same note if both are surveillance states at least we could be governed by one that isn't hell bent on bombing the world. And trains. We could have trains.
