Who the fuck else would be at fault?
Before we had evidence that Tomahawks were used, it could plausibly have been Israel, which is also bombing Iran.
Gotcha, thanks.

There was also the Iran missle launch failure theory (now debunked)
There is some doubts now on the true death toll due to leaked witness testimony and errors in the metadata and manipulation of the released photos. https://youtu.be/ruPlAXeL2SA
Still, even if that is all true, why was the school inside the military compound (crazy Iranian regime) and why did the US take the risk of striking it (crazy US regime)
Cant trust anything either side is saying.
It wasn't.
Due to appalling incompetence which made them think it was part of the military compound. This should be investigated as a war crime, it's an unacceptable mistake.
This is extremely tragic, and very worrying that the US cannot seem to admit to its mistake officially. It's also obvious that the Islamic regime is taking this excellent chance to use in their propaganda against the US and Israel, because why shouldn't they? It also undermines trust and hope that some Iranians have in that this may lead to a regime change.
That said, there is one thing true in what you stated, and that is that there may be some manipulation of the true death toll and other reporting of it, because the only source of it is the Islamic regime and they have an interest in making it appear as barbaric as possible. And as you said, neither side can be trusted, you can expect propaganda from both sides.

The school is the building in the top right, inside the walls of the military compound.
Of all the things you don't want anywhere near a military base. Its criminally reckless of both sides.
As stated in the article you linked where you also got this image, this is a satellite photo from 2013, when the building was a part of the military compound. But by 2016, it had been walled off from it and had gotten separate entrances.
There are schools on American military bases
Thats crazy too
Can you trust the eye witnesses whose children were murdered?
Or what about the US military themselves admitting they did it due to "outdated targeting data"?
And the fact that it's clear even from commercial satellite photos that the school is walled off from the military base?
The school is the building on the top right. Looks like its inside the walls.
To clarify, I was not saying children were not killed.
All I am saying is the fact that the Iranian regime doctored the photos of the event and funeral to make it seem like more people attended, and refusing to open up the internet for indepedent reporting, puts the stated numbers in doubt.
If you're gonna share satellite pictures from an article - why did you choose to only share the outdated one from 2013 without any context?
Instead of the more recent ones that show the school being separated from the complex?
And yeah sure maybe the regime is fudging the numbers to garner more sympathy but I still feel bombing kids is much worse than lying - and you framing it as "it's a he said she said, so we can't believe anyone" - when there's factual evidence that children were killed by the US-Israel regimes feels like you care more about pedantry than literal child murder
You have been called out several times for your lies about this picture, do you have anything to say to explain your position? You are accusing the Iranian regime for doctoring photos and then blatantly misrepresenting photos from an article without the context from the article? Hasbara is really scraping the bottom of the barrel these days....
Israel is also in this war and has a remarkably spotty record with checking that targets are legitimate. Though the evidence here points pretty strongly to the US.
Well, if you listen to the POTUS then it was Biden's fault or even possibly Obama's.
