not really a complaint or anything, but
why?
the bun alert system exists to bring smiles to bun enjoyers around the world
the bun alert system is not made to bring heavily modified or low quality images around the world
So far as I can tell this is a real bun, just in low-bit colour space. This is in-line with the rules.

low quality images also have small file sizes, allowing for bun enjoyers with slow or metered connections to enjoy more bun content
