I haven't experienced sand in my ass, but I think it's not a good feeling.
It's coarse, rough, irritating, and it gets everywhere.
It was a common experience at one of my previous employers.

There's no way he drew Spider-Man 4 times like that and didn't have kinks.

Yes, one of those alternate reality ones. This Sandman mistook this Spider-Man for a zombie version of him.
