I am looking for mods!

1. The "good" part of our community means we are pro-empathy and anti-harassment. However, we don't intend to make this a "safe space" where everyone has to be a saint. Sh*t happens, and life is messy. That's why we get things off our chests.

2. Bigotry is not allowed. That includes racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and religiophobia. (If you want to vent about religion, that's fine; but religion is not inherently evil.)

3. Frustrated, venting, or angry posts are still welcome.

4. Posts and comments that bait, threaten, or incite harassment are not allowed.

5. If anyone offers mental, medical, or professional advice here, please remember to take it with a grain of salt. Seek out real professionals if needed.

6. Please put NSFW behind NSFW tags.

It’s my first month being 18, they do this every month or so. You know what that means…

I’m inviting friends and my two girlfriends to party. My sister will be there and we’re gonna drink, dance till early morning, and who knows what else?

I like your comments by and large solo flash mob, but be careful with Ibuprofen + alcohol. Rough damaging combo on the liver (couple other systems too), NBD here and there, but don't make it a routine, esp. if drinking becomes or already is one. Better to simply experience the suffering from a hangover, that's what I've stubbornly always done (even before knowing about that contraindication, lmao, odd quirk of personality), and I do be drankin.

Feedback systems are crucial, don't willingly defeat em for convenience, but that's a separate and bigger take lol.

That's good info. I'd never heard that before and appreciate it.

Turns out healthcare (including mental healthcare) and coping strategies are hard to find and bad advice abounds when it's...well, the way we do this.

I always appreciate learning new things and being corrected, especially when people do so politely.
