Might pull more saliva out of your glands for a quicker dissolve, but a vacuum is trying to pull opposite of the wanted affect of it being pushed into your cells under the tongue
A vacuum where the suction is pulling towards under the tongue, not away sorry
Not really sure how that works, any voiding vacuum you create in your mouth my shape or sucking air away is trying to pull things from your surrounding tissue to fill the void. You'd have to pressurize your mouth too push anything into your sublingual area faster
