Might pull more saliva out of your glands for a quicker dissolve, but a vacuum is trying to pull opposite of the wanted affect of it being pushed into your cells under the tongue

A vacuum where the suction is pulling towards under the tongue, not away sorry

Not really sure how that works, any voiding vacuum you create in your mouth my shape or sucking air away is trying to pull things from your surrounding tissue to fill the void. You'd have to pressurize your mouth too push anything into your sublingual area faster

It would hold it more firmly to your mouth membranes instead of being flipped around, so yeah I guess? But is it even perceptual? Not sure, never tried.

No, it's a marketing gimmick. Think about how fast oxygen gets to your cells, that's how fast anything get's around your blood. If a medication take's a while to kick in it's usually because another process needs to happen first, like Tylenol and your liver. The only tiny bit of truth to it is that thin membranes do absorb better, like your stomach, mouth, and butthole.

I feel like sublingual is a genuine roa tho? Not saying its the best or anything but it seems like there is some science to that, it is one of those mucosal membranes or whatever isnt it? The taste is horrendous so there must be benefit to it I would think

That is a very good question.

I'm sure it'd have some effect, since the pressure differential would dilate the capillaries under the tongue, but I've got no idea how much of an effect that'd have.
