I found my therapist I had in rehab who helped me out a lot with my mom's death. Wondering if I shouldn't give her a email about my dad. (hexbear.net)

She has her own practice that's telehealth and takes my insurance, so that's comforting to know. I have it on the backburner for now though.

Hell yeah hope it works! I went back to my first therapist after being with my second for like a year and a half. Seeing him just became a chore, and he wasn't very conversational, so I just said fuck it and fucked off back to my old one.
