all six, not necessarily at the same time. there's value in playing (or, there was, now you just play spider-man and captain kirk) all the different strategies in different colors to understand the game as a whole.
every game of magic you play is practice for all the games of magic you'll play in the future, limiting yourself to one color is foolish.
This is the true material analysis of M:tG. You should also not limit yourself to one archetype. At the very least, you need to understand the Big 4 (aggro, combo, control, and midrange) and dabble in the minor 2 (ramp and tempo). Nor should you limit yourself to a single format. Understand how to play Legacy and Vintage or why Standard exists.
