Get a job you like.
People get into a trap where they think that all jobs are the same.
I used to think I hated working, and then lucked into a job that actually used my skills and talents.
A job that makes person A happy might be completely wrong for someone else.
I am honestly not sure I can enjoy anything I have to wake up at a set time to go in for 8+ hours at least 5 days a week. every day, every week, every month, every year.
I was off work after an accident. Someone suggest this book to me. "Discover What You Are Best At." Linda Gail. It's a series of self tests that take about half a day to finish, with a list of all the jobs those skills might suit you for.
For example, hairdressers and paramedics both need good social skills and good dexterity. Totally different jobs with similar skill sets.
