It's still a fraction of what it takes to fund endless wars.
Every $ spent on space science builds a better life on earth.
Name one thing SpaceX has done to improve life on earth. They stole tens of billions on fake projects and Star Trek fans applaud.
I won't argue against SpaceX wasting tons of tax money. But they did create some pretty cool ruseable rockets.
