A day off college or work or whatever, for whatever reason. You peel yourself out of bed at 10am and turn on the TV. You have no internet, no *streaming services or DVDs/videos etc.

What are you going to watch on the TV for the next 5 hours?

*Streaming services include subscription services like Netflix, Hulu etc. Home servers like Jellyfish, Plex etc., Satellite pay-to-watch movies or TV e.g. sky movie box office.

Break out some books, or if it is 15C or higher, I'd go outside for walkies.

Had my full answer before I read the body which started with - Fullscreen my offline media, close my eyes and click a random folder, then watch it

Not when you consider I walk to work everyday and several of them were -30C, 15C is downright balmy shorts weather, but I'm Canadian so I am a little crazy

Damn. I miss having the cold tolerance of being from Seattle. I used to walk miles in the rain with no jacket. Then I spent a few years in California for university and my constitution adapted to that permanently for some fucking reason - now I live in the UK and everyone's all smirking when I need a big coat. Goddamnit, I'm shaking like a shitting dog and it's not even 0C!
