Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

There is something to what he is saying. Nick Shirley is a YouTuber that went to some daycares where the doors were locked or they didn't let him in and concluded they weren't real daycares. He's either a fuckin moron or straight up propagandist.
So, here's the "something." That clown YouTuber was amplified by right wing politicians. JD Vance said it deserved a Pulitzer. 1 week later, DHS sent 2000 more ICE goons to Minnesota as part of their surge. There is a legitimate case to be made that the was because of Shirley's video.

No Nick isn’t, he went up to the daycares and asked about enrollment, they shut their doors. And if the kids are missing, where are the kids? Shouldn’t the police be called if kids are missing?
He's a frellwit who doesn't even understand the concept of a mixed use building. Anything he claims should be looked at with skepticism.
He uncovered that they don’t let random people with cameras into the daycare without appointments. The scandal.
If my kid was at one of those daycares and they let some random dude with a camera in, I'd be fucking livid. In fact, any daycare that did let him in should be sued for child endangerment by the parents.

Some do. There are even overnight daycares that cater to people working the third shift at manufacturing jobs for example. Where there is a demand for services there is usually someone to take your money.
