Serious question: does anyone see these "you're amazing" messages and feel good or better because of them? Because I see them and I think, "You don't know me, or even that I exist, how can you make a judgement one way or another?"

So I'm wondering if that's just me/an autistic thing or do these messages have their intended effect on most people? From the post title, it works on at least one person.

I like them. It makes me think that there's at least one person, the message writer, who genuinely wants the best for everyome passing by the board

I think in some contexts/when i was a teenager I wouldn't like them. It triggers a " don't tell me what to do!" Or "you don't know a thing about my problems" reaction
