spoilerUgh… I’m feeling terrible for avoiding grief by being busy (and for making bad decisions that create more work) but if I get a quiet moment it all starts flooding in. All my life I’ve been forced to soldier on through the next crisis so I don’t know how to grieve healthily. I can’t deal with it. 😔

I understand how you feel. I've been moving from task to task for most of my life. The only advice I can offer is to be gentle with yourself ♥️

You are dealing with it.

You are functioning, you are living, you are making new memories.

Sometimes sadness just doesn't go away, we learn to live with it.
