Probably US only, as per usual. Canadians will get the honor to pay 30% more on top of the currency conversion.

Might not be - when I got my P6P here in the UK I was eligible for (and got) the Bose headphones, which are pretty snazzy. You'd hope they would roll this out beyond the States.

I skimmed to try and to find the details on that but couldn't find if it's US only or not.

It's likely not exclusive to the US. A friend of mine in the EU got a Pixel Watch with his Pixel 7 Pro when it launched.
