This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

Isn't america's power grid really vulnerable to substation failures? IIRC several surgical strikes is all that's needed to plunge the empire into darkness. No power, no news slop
Yeah but no power also means no food refrigeration, no medicine refrigeration, no emergency services or internet, less heat and water, no.power for hospitals and transit systems....etc etc etc
Which is why China and Russia ultimately won't do it. Compare ukraine to the levant, no contest.
Anyway the best option would obviously be no world war to begin with, but I have no faith in the west to not start something stupid.
afaik the power stations are pretty well open to hacking.. a few button pushes might be all it takes to bring America to its knees for weeks if not months or longer
