She is incorrect

Illegal Immigrants have not sworn an oath to the constitution, nor have they pledged allegiance to The Republic, therefore they cannot be members of a well formed militia, therefore the 2A does NOT apply to them

I am sick of judges who "make it up as they go"

Oh wait, now the militia part matters? I remember the conservative line like 15 years ago was always that the 2A was two separate unrelated clauses lol
