Who's brainwashed? Of course the US lost the war, but when roughly 58,000 American soldiers were killed, and Vietnamese civilian casualties are estimated at around 2 million there's nothing unrealistic about saying civilians got smoked.

It isn't a flex, it's an unfortunate fact. It's not something I'm proud of, it's just a response to you looking for something to point out in my post so you can feel smart and superior. Your criticism didn't make sense because if anything, it implied that the US never killed civilians. I'm done arguing though, you can fuck off now.

First, what ? Am not the same commenter. Either you need glasses or replied too quickly which can happen sometimes.

Second, your comment sounded like bragging which wouldn't be the first time i saw an American do it when told they lost the Vietnam war "Yeah they killed 50.000+ of our soldier but we killed 2 millions civilians so who lost..."
