I don't exactly find a bunch of lemmy communities for WSB. Is there an expat community I don't know of?

Peace

I think you found it. I'm sure those of us in this community were a part of wsb during those glorious times when stonks only went up.

I really miss good DD.

If the WSB Lemmy takes off, do we short reddit?

You probably could get a lot of people on board if you were to do some recruiting on other communities.

What about recruiting on r/wallstreetbets itself?

We played the end game. It's over. It was fun, but they won. Return to the jungle. We have been elevated beyond even the immaterial possessions.

Honestly their algos have gotten so good at catching me I don't care for the hassle of setting up yet another account. 2024 bans are not like 2012 bans, and frankly I don't want to support their shit. Simple as. Pretty fucked if you ask me, I think basically every one of my accounts since 2009 or so, roughly 80 of them, have been linked and banned, basically purged. I made some non-insignificant contributions to that site. Fuckem.

Yeah, I've gotten banned for life from Reddit for asking a question which set off some bots. And the shit-head mods supported it. I was a paying customer, so buh-bye Reddit. Hope it crashes and burns.
