She's normally topless in that scene, but some more conservative countries are cgi'ing clothes on her to cover her up. Not okay with boobs but okay with nukes... Weird

Florence Pugh is normally topless in the scene that you can see on the stop sign, but india and other asian countries have added a CGI dress on top of her, even though nolan didn't want any CGI in the movie. The only logical reason is that they are scared of boobies
