Brah.

Wipe your ass better and, if you've still got issues, get a cover.

Boxerbriefs. Boxers just bunch up.

[-] KlavKalashj@lemmy.world 21 points 9 months ago

Briefs, absolutely. The boxer trend is ridiculous. It's getting hard finding briefs here at all, in Sweden. Imo, it all stems from middle school insecurity. We were all told briefs were gay and so now everyone is using boxers.

[-] shapesandstuff@feddit.de 17 points 9 months ago

i agree with the cause for boxer popularity, but boxer briefs are superior to both imo.

Oh wait, I might be behind on my terminology. What is the difference between boxers and boxer briefs? I think of boxers as the ones with legs, but they are tight. I just realized, according to american movies, that the shorts-style boxers might be popular? Boxers that are not tight fit. Am I correct?

[-] shapesandstuff@feddit.de 1 points 9 months ago* (last edited 9 months ago)

Yeah idk, the shorts style loose boxers were somewhat common among friends in my teens (EU), but I never understood it.
I'm talking about the "sport boxers" aka boxer briefs that are elastic and tight fitting but have legs

[-] portifornia@lemmy.world 2 points 9 months ago

Oh that's interesting! Locally in the US I'm always noticing the opposite: it's all briefs or boxer-briefs, rarely boxers.

jockstraps

unparallel support, minimal heat buildup, max freedom

Boxer briefs seem to be the popular choice with the guys I know.

[-] Fizz@lemmy.nz 11 points 9 months ago* (last edited 9 months ago)

Briefs for day to day and for exercise. Boxers for full on lazy man mode balls hanging no shirt goblin mode.

[-] space_of_eights@lemmy.ml 2 points 9 months ago

+1. I am an avid runner and on running days, I wear briefs. On rest days, I prefer shorts.

[-] portifornia@lemmy.world 2 points 9 months ago

Lol, that explains why I'm always in boxers! ๐Ÿ˜…

[-] pixelscript@lemmy.ml 11 points 9 months ago

Briefs. Actual support. The singular function underwear has.

Boxers are just commando with extra steps. Utterly pointless.

I consider all enlightened boxer brief centrists to be strictly in the briefs camp as boxer briefs are just briefs with leg extensions.

Boxers or boxerbriefs. I just find them more comfortable than briefs personally.

They're also sexier looking than briefs in my opinion. I always feel like I look good with boxers that hug the upper thighs tightly and give a good outline of the bulge.

[-] tuto193@lemmy.world 8 points 9 months ago

Boxer-briefs 100%

[-] featured@hexbear.net 6 points 9 months ago

Boxer briefs. Best of both worlds

[-] Robot_Servo_81@lemmy.ml 6 points 9 months ago

Briefs absolutely, hate boxers because of rolling and bunching.

[-] finickydesert@lemmy.ml 3 points 9 months ago

Depends on the weather

[-] Facky@hexbear.net 3 points 9 months ago

Boxer briefs

I like briefs but find regular briefs too short (ironically)

[-] themadcodger@kbin.earth 3 points 9 months ago

Briefs. The problems guys complain about re: fit are usually because they're cheap and/or don't fit well. Find the right pair of briefs, and it's like wearing nothing at all. And nothing bunching up your legs either.

[-] pineapplelover@lemm.ee 2 points 9 months ago
[-] Churbleyimyam@lemm.ee 2 points 9 months ago

I haven't worn underwear since 2010 but if I had to choose it would be briefs because there is less fabric.

[-] apotheotic@beehaw.org 2 points 9 months ago
[-] Cowbee@lemmy.ml 2 points 9 months ago

Boxer briefs.

[-] Zahille7@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Briefs all the way. I have to have separation between my balls and thighs, it's way too annoying and uncomfortable for me to have them stick to my leg.

Also I need to lose some weight, cause my thighs rub together when I walk, and briefs help make that more comfortable.

[-] BingBong@sh.itjust.works 1 points 9 months ago

Saxx solves this (and I think a few other brands) by giving your balls a pouch. Super comfortable and adds the comfort of boxers.
