Sounds exactly like barbecue!

That's not how computers work, but sure bro.

Sure, you might.

But Baulder’s Gate 3 for example, which claims to require an SSD in it's system requirements runs just fine on a HDD.

It's just the developer making sure you get optimal performance.

It's not a hard requirement.

Yes. Our company did hosting and IT support for an esoteric online book store.

Should be Holconia sp.

I love huntsman spiders.

Hey, great pictures.

But I don't think you should mark them as NSFW. One of the goals of this community is to dispell the fear of spiders. And while the trigger warning is quite considerate, I think it hurts the overall cause/goal of this community. To spread knowledge and educate people about spiders.

(also I didn't see those till now because I usually don't have NSFW enabled ... )

I'm not sure about the details here (I haven't read the paper, yet), but this kind of thing isn't unusual in taxonomy, I speculate it went something like this:

Someone collected a sample speciement 25 years ago and it was either not examined or misidentified as another Atrax spp..

Then years later someone re-examins the sample (or maybe they found a new speciement in the wild and then compared it to existing samples) and realised and moved on to formally describe it.

Full paper describing the new species is availible here.

Kann ich auch bisschen vom dem Kopium haben?

I was open the window while in the tub (it's right above the tub) and this guy fell into the water. The way it drifted in there I actually thought it was just an exuviae, or at least already dead before it fell. I fished it out with a rag regardless and a few minutes later it started walking around again. Now it's hanging out in my bathroom.

It's a ~~wolf spider~~ Zoropsis spinimana, so not ideal to have indoors. But since it's currently freezing outside, I'll let it stay for now.

A fire? At sea parks?

A female this time, pretty sure it's gravid. Probably the biggest one I've seen so far.

And yeah, I have a very shitty phone/camera. Sorry for that.

100 internetpoint to anyone who figures out that reference.

He now continues his search for love outside.

I don't really want to, but it doesn't have any mods currently.

I have some expertise with spiders and would rather stick to doing just IDs, but since there is no mod maybe it's good to have a contingency plan in case some spam turns up ... or to delete the classic "it's a brown recluse" comment ... when it's any brown spider.

But I'm happy to concede to anyone else that actually wants to be a mod.
