and tbh i can't think of many on the ship i feel confident are cis. karuniya and elena are the only i feel 100% certain of. karuniya had a pregnancy scare after her and murati fucked one time (and i don't THINK transfem pregnancy is a thing in the setting, but maybe i'm wrong and she could be trans as well) and like. the barrier to entry is so much higher in the imbrian empire, you know? i'd need evidence she or any other imperial was, whereas at a certain point all the union girls became trans until proven cis to me, and i can only think of one who was proven cis. if there was evidence in episode 4 that i just completely forgot i apologize but i really don't think there is

Same, usually anyone I wasn't sure I would just assume they're cis, but lol lmao not here and it's amazing โจ my list has Karuniya, Elena, Gertrude and Adelheid. I guess vaginoplasty and such could exist in the Union, but I've just been assuming it doesn't? I guess if cybernetics, why not fresh new genitals... Still, that's... Having said all of that though, Potomac's presence and commentary does make the Sunlight foundation considerably more interesting. Kind of split between being weird traditionalists (WE MUST RETVRN TO HUMANITY'S NATURAL PLACE) and technofetishists (WE WILL DO IT WITH WEIRD PSIONICS MACHINES AND TRANSHUMANISM), very based. I was wondering what they were up to after they were introduced in like book 2, so it is neat to see that they have more going on. The way Potomac discusses its members makes it sound like the Sunlight foundation is an autism guild, a place where people do socially unacceptable special interest stuff, which is incredibly funny.
