The download page leads to install75.img, but the front page still says 7.4.

Seems brand new : https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/7.5/ANNOUNCEMENT => April 5.

sysupgrade seems to fetch 7.5 right now. I'll see how well it goes !

Edit: upgrade went fine, running 7.5 now !
