It's a medical term, it means they haven't been exposed to therapy or treatment or haven't had the disease.

I have read somewhere that mixing brands of VAX is not necessarily bad (maybe even better) but any studies on it would be hugely complicated so evidence either way would take a while yet.

Lol, I didn't mixed different brands, I was referring to the Omicron when I said Omnitrix, lol.
