If they removed infinite scrolling I think this is awesome! Infinite scrolling is addictive and related to multiple detrimental psychological effects.

Lemmy never had infinite scrolling.
(maybe you have a peculiar setting ?)

Some of the alternate UIs do, like the Mlmym interface for example. You can find it in the settings.
