Meta, when seeing this, confirmed that it will buy the company and then say "due to low active users, we will be shutting down Gorilla Tag to focus on other areas", then secretly hope if they shut down everything popular, people will finally give Meta worlds a try.

We will merge Horizon worlds and Gorilla Tag to create a more cohesive experience for our customers. This involves closing Gorilla Tag in favour of a new "Tag" experience is Horizon Worlds
