Kindly remind everyone with a vagina and everyone who cares about someone with one: This year's presidential election is about abortion access. Roe vs Wade was repealed by extremist MAGA judges appointed by Trump. So no, I don't care that Joe had a raspy voice and fumbled some debate answers... Also, the only way to stop Project 2025 is to beat Trump.

These are the states that are attempting to, or already have, put abortion rights on the ballot in November for state constitutional enshrinement. As stated above, this will only matter if Biden wins in the fall.

Thankfully my state is quickly becoming more blue ever since 2020. I just wish they went further left, but I'll take it

Sadly, my bet is back to red for 2024.

We got half the needed signatures to put it on the 2022 ballot. The ruling was 2 weeks before the signature deadline back in 2022. No way this wasn't making it.

Neat, let's hope the state government doesn't ratfuck them out of the referendum like the city is doing to us Atlantans over Cop City.

Cop City just sounds like it was ripped straight from the Judge Dredd comics.

Honestly I'm surprised so many cops idolize the punisher when who they really want to be is Dredd.
